The mediums of instruction are English and Assamese for all the classes including the stream of Science, Arts & Commerce.

1. Admission will be given on merit basis only. The school authority reserves the right of rejection when seats are limited.

1. The students should reach school by 8.55 A.M. and the departure time will be sharp 2.30 P.M. daily.

2. The students will have to be present in school at least 80% and above in an academic year.
3. The school authority is not responsible for any unexpected issue or incident outside of the school campus.
4. The students will not be able to take any leave from the school without proper concern of their parents.
5. Tiffin box is mandatory for all the students. Whoever will not take their own tiffin he/she will have to eat in the school canteen. No one is allowed to go out during school time. Whether it is leisure or class time.
6. Proper uniform is mandatory. Without proper uniforms the school authority will not allow the students in the school campus.
7. For the better improvement of the student’s behavior, studies, moral education, co-curricular activities the guardians should co-operate the teachers as well.

8. No students can roam here and there with school uniform. If the school authority can find someone gossiping, riding bikes, enjoying function of other’s institute, roaming unnecessarily in the market area wearing the school uniform, strict action is to be taken against the students and guardians as well.

9. Chewing Gutkha, Pan Masala and Tobacco related things are strictly prohibited inside of the school campus.

10. Minor students (below 18 years) are not allowed to come school riding bikes or other vehicle except bicycles. If any one of the students overtakes the rules he/she will be punished by the school authority.

11. Mobile phones are strictly prohibited in the college campus.

12. No transfer certificate will be issued until all the dues of the school are paid in full. The parents/guardian will have to apply to the school authority for transfer certificate after the clearance of dues.

13. Students are not allowed to change their subjects after 30 days from the date of admission. Post 30 days they have to bring written permission from the Council to change their subjects

14. The Present academic session starts from April 2024 to March 2025 . Students must pay the fees for the whole academic session.

15. If any mishap occurs in the premises of Shan Academy Senior Secondary School, due to natural calamity of any type viz: earthquake, floods, fire, electric short circuit etc. the institute will not be responsible in any manner whatsoever.

Assamese Medium-

For Boys- Ash colour pants & white colour with sky stripe shirt ,

English Medium-

1. The students from each streams who will secure 90% and above in H.S final examination will be refunded whole amount of admission and monthly tuition  fees from the School authority.
2. The students who will secure 100 out 100 marks in a particular subject in H.S.L.C & H.S final examination from all streams will be awarded by the school authority of amount 1000/- each.
3. Top two Students of each class who will secure highest marks in the annual Examination will be awarded .
4. Highest attendance award is for that student who will have highest attendance record in a session
